Terra Solar Developments Limited (Our Company) provides services, including data management, to a group of companies which includes various Solar Farm special purpose vehicles. Employees of Terra Solar Developments and Enerman Limited use the Terra Solar brand.

  • Financial and legal data (Bank account details, solicitor details, ownerships)

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide us with most of the data we collect. We collect and process data when you:

  • Respond to a letter, phone call or email from us, either directly or through legal representation

  • Contact us, via phone, email or through our website, and voluntarily provide data

We collect your data so that we can:

  • Perform solar farm development services including property rights acquisition and planning applications on your behalf

  • Provide information and management services, where you are an investor in one or more of our companies

  • Process payments

How do we store your data?

We store your data on a secure, 3rd party cloud-based data service, under agreements compliant with GDPR requirements.

We will keep your personal and financial data while we are actively working with you, and for 12 months beyond the last date we engage with you. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data from our cloud service and destroy any paper records, should any exist.

What are your data protection rights?

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. You are entitled to the following:

  • The right to access - You have the right to request Our Company provide copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

  • The right to rectification - You have the right to request that Our Company correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Our Company to complete information you believe is incomplete.

  • The right to erasure - You have the right to request that Our Company erase your personal data, under certain conditions.

  • The right to restrict processing - You have the right to request that Our Company restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

  • The right to data portability - You have the right to request that Our Company transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
